Shipping & Returns
All domestic orders are shipped by USPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.
We ship International orders to most countries that USPS services. We are not responsible for any extra fees, such as customs duties that countries may impose on your order or brokerage fees.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
Squarenimals is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
RATES FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING
$5 Flat Rate Shipping via USPS is always in style.
We use USPS Priority Mail International to ship around the world. Rates vary depending on country. If your location is not available, please email us and we'll add it to our list.
Faster shipping is available with permission of buyer to absorb the extra shipping fee via FedEx. For alternative International carrier express service, please contact us directly for pricing.
The receiver will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties. Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt, and maybe affected by Customs and Excise delays.
Sales tax is charged to customers who are New York State residents.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Squarenimals online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.
Sale merchandise is Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact, if applicable.
Returns must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE
Print your confirmation email and include it with your package. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please include a note stating the size you wish to receive. If the desired size is not in stock, we will provide a refund.
Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact, if applicable. We are not responsible for goods damaged in transit, so we recommend insuring and/or tracking your return package.
